Q. The game lags severely or the framerate (FPS) drops suddenly. Is there a solution?
A. Sky Battle is a highly demanding HTML5/WebGL-based web game that simultaneously renders dozens of 3D objects, textures, and complex mathematical bullet hell calculations in real-time right in your web browser. Currently, our rendering engine and JavaScript garbage collection (GC) logic are perfectly optimized for the V8 engine environment of the Microsoft Edge browser (Chromium-based). If you use other browsers like Google Chrome or Apple Safari, you may experience temporary frame drops, especially during continuous weapon fire or when multiple explosion effects are rendered on screen. For the smoothest and most pleasant 60fps flight experience, we strongly recommend accessing the game via the Edge browser.
Q. The aircraft I purchased, my VIP subscription status, and all the gold I worked hard to collect suddenly reset! Can I recover them?
A. To allow anyone to play instantly without registering, this game temporarily saves your progress internally on your device using the web browser's Local Storage and Cookies by default. However, if you clear your cache or cookies in your browser settings, or if you access the game via Incognito Mode, this temporary data can be lost and reset.
To completely prevent such mishaps, please make it a priority to use the Google Login (Account Linking) feature provided on the lobby screen. By linking your Google account, all your flight data, gold balance, unlocked aircraft roster, and VIP payment history are encrypted and permanently saved in real-time to our secure cloud server (Firebase Firestore). Even if your browser cookies are deleted, or you log in from a completely different device (smartphone, another PC, etc.), simply logging back in will allow you to flawlessly restore 100% of all your past progress.
